Faith Young

The amazing Faith Young was born and raised in the suburbs of Denver, Colorado. Her challenging life experiences gives her the ability to inspire, guide and empower others through theirs. She is a dynamic speaker, trainer author and lifter of souls. She is one of the top, award winning, realtors in the nation and she served on the board of the South Metro Board of Realtors Young Professional Network, in Colorado. Faith won the Rising Star Award from the South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association (SMDRA) in fall of 2013 for Outstanding Achievement in the first five years as a Realtor. Faith recognizes that in this business it is way more than just helping people buy and sell, it's about powerfully impacting people's lives. She lives in Lone Tree with her puppy, 6 pound Chihuahua, named Boo Boo. 

Michael Le

Michael Le has been a real estate broker for 23 years. During that time, he has helped countless clients achieve their real estate goals. Providing clients with the highest level of service and communication is his forte. In 2011 Michael started a team called Distinct Group. Distinct Group currently consists of four agents and two support staff. Distinct Group consistently produces 25 to 30 million in annual volume.

Recently Michael became the Operating Principal of Keller Williams Real Estate LLC. Their office is located in Lone Tree Colorado. Michael's goal is to train his agents to not only be the best agents they can be but also provide them with business coaching to build sustainable businesses. On his free time Michael can be found outdoors enjoying camping with his family.

Eric Nesbitt, Esq.

In his 30 years engaged in real estate law in Chicago and Denver, Eric has represented developers on retail and multifamily projects regarding entitlements, zoning issues, loan documents and related matters. He formed the Law Offices of Eric Nesbitt, P.C. in Denver in 2006. Additionally, Eric is President & CEO of The Nesbitt Commercial Group, a commercial real estate practice he founded in 2004. In his capacity as a commercial real estate broker, he has assisted in site selection and development projects for Microsystems, Sprint and Oracle.
Eric is committed to doing his part to provide quality, affordable housing. He has owned multifamily apartment buildings in Chicago and Denver, and regularly rented units to Section 8 housing tenants or tenants at or below the area median income. Eric also served three years as a Commissioner of the Denver Housing Authority, appointed by Mayor Hancock.
Eric earned his BA degree in Finance from the University of Illinois and his J.D. Law degree and MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles. He frequently lectures on real estate law related matters to the Colorado Bar Association and the Colorado Association of Realtors.

Tony Greer

Tony is currently the operating pincipal and managing broker at Keller Williams Performance Realty.  He has operated the brokerage since 2011 and supervises over 120 real estate brokers in residential, vacant land, commercial, and REO sales.

Tony has been a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker since 2001 receiving his Colorado GRI from the Van-Ed Real Estate School. Additionally, Tony is a certified home rescure expert, distressed property expert, and new home specialist.

His training experience includes franchise-specific classes such as Ignite, 36-12-3, Buyer Mastery, Seller Mastery, Your Business is Your Database, and Business Planning Clinic, and he has taught CREC Real Estate Licensing and Continuing Education classes for three years through an affiliation with Van Education Center.

Fun fact: Tony is a former three-term Mayor of Canon City, Colorado.

Brie Aljets

Brieonna grew up in real estate with her Mom as a Broker, and has held a number of positions within the industry over the last 15 years. These roles include: team leader, managing broker, Buyer's agent, Association Executive, and productivity coach throughout IL, TN and CO. Currently, she holds a managing broker's license and has a degree in Education. Her passion is training and consulting; she teaches real estate school as well and enjoys bringing humor into the classroom. Let's be authentic, the ins and outs of real estate can be ahem...somewhat boring. Without a laugh she's not sure anything qualifies as success. Having taught first grade previously, she's more than prepared to handle any situation in the classroom! 

Outside of work you can find Brieonna spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys trail running, working out, and snowboarding. Just like most Gunnison residents, she came for the winter but stayed for the phenomenal summers. Growing up in the Midwest, she is thrilled to avoid the extreme humidity that IL had to offer. Her husband is a distinctive metal artist; and they have a wild, loving 6-year old boy. And yes, Brieonna may be caught writing a Real Estate course on the weekend...

Gabe Gelman, Esq.

Gabe Gelman is a partner at Gelman Law LLC. Gabe provides legal services to clients in matters such as real estate, business, regulatory proceedings through the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA), construction, employment, and probate. Gabe’s practice involves both transactional work and litigation.
A Denver native, Gabe attended the University of Colorado in Boulder where he graduated in 2007 summa cum laude and with Distinction. Gabe received his B.A. in Political Science, as well as a minor in History and a certificate in Peace and Conflict Studies. Gabe was inducted as a member of Phi Beta Kappa, into the Alpha of Colorado Chapter, in April 2006. 

Gabe received his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2010. 

Gabe is admitted to practice in all of Colorado’s trial and appellate courts and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.

In his free time, Gabe enjoys spending time with his family, and training for and competing in races. Gabe has completed numerous marathons and half-marathons, and has recently started training to compete in triathlons.

Amy Mowry, Esq.

Amy is the owner and managing attorney at Mowry Law LLC, specializing in real property and natural resources matters. She is a licensed attorney in Colorado, Wyoming, North Dakota, Montana and Utah. With her deep industry background and knowledge in oil and gas, natural resources and real property law, Amy's primary focus is on real property ownership issues, oil and gas title examination and natural resources and energy development matters.

Amy received her J.D. from the Univerity of Wyoming College of Law.  She also holds an ED. M from Harvard, a M.A. from the University of Wyoming and a B.A. from the Univesity of Pennsylvania. 

Fun fact: Amy was an English teacher in the United States Peace Corps.
